Bright, comfortable home with beautiful Lake Johanna views, plus private lakefront and dock directly across the street. Regional park and beach nearby, fishing, BBQ, off-street parking, shopping and restaurants. Less than 1 mile to Bethel University and convenient to Northwestern, U of M, Minneapolis and St. Paul. The space Updated elements 2026. Big improvments 2022 new heating and air conditioning systems, every surface cleaned and painted, granite countertops. Good beds, furniture, entertainment system, and kitchen gear. The house was built in 1910 but extensive remodel in 90s and major improvements in 2021-22. Some of the flooring and wood work is a bit rustic, but clean, freshly painted or varnished. This is a non-smoking, pet free, clean space. The beds have better quality mattresses and linens (sleep is important). The sun will shine in the East facing windows in the morning and set through the West facing windows in the evening. The back yard isolated but not fully fenced. There is an above ground fire pit in the side yard and marshmallow roasting skewers in the kitchen. Guest access The entire house, half acre yard, and dock and lake front. The garage is currently not available. Potential to sleep 6 comfortably, 8 if you consider an Ikea futon couch, plus one crib (upon request) The two couches on the main floor are now convertable to beds (updated pictures 2026) Other things to note We have toys and games for sunny and rainy days.
