Bathroom amenities include quality linens, shampoo and conditioner, and hairdryer. Bathroom is located on the 2nd level by the bedroom and there is a Washer & Dryer in the hallway. The main living area has a comfortable couch that pulls out to a Queen sofa sleeper. There is a flat screen TV for catching up on your favorite Netflix series or for lounging and reading a book. Tall windows and sliding doors to the private patio create a bright and open feel. Enjoy eating in, with your full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cookware and utensils. Windows bring in tons of sunlight and kitchen opens to living area. This home accepts up to (2) pre-approved Dogs with an additional $50 per pet fee. We are NOT able to accommodate cats due to allergies. Please be sure to read our Pet Policy before booking. Guest access Guests have access to the private unit and private patio area. Other things to note Portland City Code requires that we keep a log with the Name, Address and Vehicle Information for ALL adult guests. This will be required before check in. If you are renting a vehicle, we will need the License Plate number or we will need to note alternate transportation (ie; air, train, bike) Please provide this information with your confirmed booking and check that you are booked for the correct number of guests. ~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict. - No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. - Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. - Self Check In using electronic lock. Check-In is any time after 4:00 PM and Check-Out is by 11:00 AM. ~ Housekeeping is required on all stays over 15 nights and is provided for an additional charge of $60. ~ Up to 2 pre-approved, well-behaved Dog allowed for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet. Please notify us if you are bringing your pet AND be sure to read and understand our Pet Policy. We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! -We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. -There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please also be aware of our pet policy: -Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee. -Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately. -Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest. -Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets.
