The space The Silo is an entire modern farmhouse and silo inspired home in the Buttercup neighborhood of Garden City, Utah. Set within walking distance of Heritage Park, Raspberry Square, Garden City pond, restaurants and public Bear Lake beaches, it combines a bold exterior with warm interiors designed for group stays. The home has two main levels with five bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom, plus a third level loft treehouse space in the silo. On the main level, guests walk into a bright open floor plan with living and dining areas and a kitchen that brings country charm together with commercial style function. Double range ovens, two large refrigerator units, a custom island, an under counter ice maker and a deep sink make cooking and cleanup for large groups easier. Upstairs, a generous family room becomes the main play space, with ping pong, foosball, a large television with streaming access and cozy seating around grand windows that frame views of Bear Lake and the surrounding mountains. The silo staircase continues up to a custom loft treehouse that gives kids and kids at heart a whimsical space to play and imagine. Sleeping arrangements across the five bedrooms are tailored for groups, with multiple king beds and queen or twin bunks that allow up to thirty guests to stay in comfort. Soft furnishings, simple decor and thoughtful storage help each room feel restful. Outside, a grass covered yard offers room for yard games and evening conversations. Just across the street, a private indoor pool house is shared only with the Barn and Farmhouse properties, giving guests a convenient place to swim and play regardless of weather. The home includes wireless internet, streaming ready televisions, in home laundry and driveway parking for about eight vehicles or small approved trailers. For larger gatherings, guests can reserve the Silo together with the Barn and or the Farmhouse to create a connected cluster of homes for up to seventy guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except for a few storage closets. The pool is open 24/7/365. It is shared with guests of the Cedar Farmhouse, Silo, and Barn. We encourage guests to work together to create private swim times if desired. When you book with us we will send you detailed directions as well as access codes to enter the cabin, a week before you arrive. Other things to note The Silo is in a residential neighborhood close to town and the lake, so guests should respect local quiet hours and nearby homes. No smoking in or on the property No pets No open invite parties No drinking games No RVs, camp trailers or tents Parking only in the driveway, no street parking Keep doors and windows closed when possible to help the heating and cooling system and to keep dust and insects out Children must be supervised at all times in the yard, loft treehouse, game areas and at the shared indoor pool The indoor pool house is shared with the Barn and the Farmhouse homes nearby. Follow all posted pool rules and never leave children unattended near the water Do not bring glass into the pool area White towels are for indoor use only and not for makeup removal or for the pool or lake Guests must bring beach towels for the pool and beach Each bathroom has a starter supply of toilet paper and the kitchen has starter paper towels, laundry soap and dishwasher soap Shampoo and body wash are not provided Kitchen is stocked with core cookware and dishes but items such as plastic wrap, food containers, foil and spices are not supplied Use of the pool, treehouse, loft, games and yard is at guests own risk Violations of house rules may result in additional fees or other charges
