Moore River Escape Guilderton - 360 degree views.

VIEWS EVERYWHERE - walk to the beach and river mouth! This premium holiday house is well appointed and takes full advantage of the fabulous 360°views. Suitable for families, extended family groups, couples and visitors from interstate or overseas. The house is NOT available to young adults and school leavers. Children under 3 are free. Fully equipped with everything you need - seriously - just bring personal items, food, sheets and towels (or request to hire linen). Only 95kms from Perth The space Bedrooms Bedroom 1 – One queen bed and one permanent cot semi-ensuite and separate toilet Bedroom 2 – One queen bed Bedroom 3 – One queen bed and one single bed (new winter 2022), one permanent cot Bedroom 4 – One queen bed and one single bed (new winter 2022), Bedroom 5/Games room - 2 x single beds and 2 x single trundle beds (low) There are fans in all rooms and air conditioners in bedrooms three and four, and also upstairs in the living room. There are two heaters in the games room during winter which can be moved to other rooms as required. Bathrooms The main bathroom is off the laundry near bedrooms three and four. There is a separate toilet also. The second bathroom is a semi-ensuite with separate toilet, this can be accessed from bedroom one, or the passageway. The ceramic trough and wide bench in the laundry makes a third useful space for teeth cleaning and baby bathing. There is also a hot outdoor shower. This configuration equals 3 bathrooms in the AirBnB calculation! Bedding Each queen bed has four pillows, a cotton blanket, a coverlet and a quilt in a cover. Each single bed has a pillow, a cotton blanket, and a quilt in a cover. Only remove covers and protectors if they are soiled (please place them in the laundry). Linen Please bring your own sheets and two pillowcases per person, bath and beach towels, hand towels and two bathmats. You can pre-arrange linen hire if required, see below. Tea towels and tablecloths These are provided for your use and can be found in the kitchen draws and the sideboard. Please always protect the table with placemats. Please place all used items in the laundry on departure. Optional Costs Linen can be supplied for you to make up the beds when you arrive. To provide linen for the whole house, for 14 people, is $250 per stay. All used linen must be left in the laundry. Guest access Moore River Escape 6 Anderson St Guilderton (Corner of Murray Street Packing and arrival checklist Please enjoy as much time as possible at Moore River Escape - arrive as early as you like on your fist day and leave as late as you like on your last day. (At peak times however the house will have to be cleaned between guests in which case check out will be 10am and check in 2pm, you will be informed if this is the case). Please tick the boxes to ensure a great stay and keep MRE running smoothly. Packing: Remember to take all the sheets, pillowcases (2 per person), towels, hand-towels and bath mats you require. The two shops have basic supplies but remember to bring most of your requirements and don't forget ground coffee for the coffee machine. There is a small grinder above the fridge. The top shop (Moore River Roadhouse) sells fuel, general supplies and fish and chips etc. There is a daytime cafe and takeaway (currently not open) at the bottom shop (Guilderton General Store). The Guilderton Country Club serves meals on Wednesday to Saturday nights . When you arrive: Find the lock box on the left of the back door of the entry hall. The code will be sent to you on the morning of arrival. The alarm will not be on. Use the lock box key to open up and then using the code again please replace it immediately. Find a document wallet on the entry table with the keys you will need for your stay and important information about the house including water and gas information. If you have booked the flat that key [red] will be there also. When you are inside and have checked that everything is OK please send me a text for security reasons and so I know you have arrived safely. Tea towels can be found in the kitchen. Tablecloths are in the sideboard draw and placemats and coasters are available to protect the table - please use them always. Please place all used linen in the laundry before you leave. We now have NBN and Wi-Fi - the codes are on the fridge. Enjoy Guilderton and the beautiful Moore River. Show this list to your family and friends so everyone can help make sure the place is tidy and locked securely. Preparing to leave: Please do the dishes and put away, sweep throughout and clean up any big messes as you go. Regular cleaning is included in the tariff although you may be charged extra if the cleaner needs to put away, tidy and straighten before cleaning. Don't forget to sign the black visitor's book on the entry hall table (or upstairs). Empty ALL bins and place the council bins out ready for collection - two near each drive way. Please see separate recycling sheet. Leave the BBQ clean and empty the oil container to avoid an additional fee. Lock the garage while you are down there! Please straighten bed covers and put used linen in the laundry. Only remove quilt covers if they are soiled. Let us know if pillow or mattress protectors need cleaning. Check draws, under beds and couch cushions and the clothesline to minimize lost property. Please empty the dishwasher (remember to put it on early) and/or wash and put away your dishes, tidy up and return all furniture, games and kitchen items to their original places, especially items borrowed from the flat. Close the curtains and lower all the bedroom and upstairs blinds. Please lock all security and sliding doors (including garage) and all windows; every room has window/door keys please leave them in the designated room. Locking up: Please leave the document wallet and the house keys (one blue tab, one white tab on the entry table for the next guests. Use the lock box key to lock the house -put the code in to open it and again to replace it. Please send me a text to say you have left so I can reset the security and inform the cleaner.
