Our vacation home, located in a quiet idyllic natural landscape, offers an optimal base for a relaxing stay. Ideal for families and groups, suitable for 8 guests on a living area of 145 m². The space On the ground floor there is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with dining room and cozy living room, as well as a double room, spacious bathroom and toilet. On the first floor there are another 4 double rooms, a bathroom and toilet. 3 rooms have a balcony and offer a magnificent view of the surroundings. The terrace invites you to barbecue and sit together comfortably. Parking is right by the house We are located in the middle of large ski areas such as Zell am See - Kaprun, Saalbach, Gasteinertal and Dienten, are easily accessible by car and yet in a very quiet location.
