Our vacation home, located in a quiet idyllic natural landscape, offers an optimal base for a relaxing stay. Ideal for families and groups, suitable for 8 guests on a living area of 145 m². The space On the ground floor, there is a spacious, well equipped kitchen with dining room and cozy living room, as well as a double bedroom, spacious bathroom and toilet. On the first floor are another 4 double rooms, one bathroom and toilet. 3 rooms are with a balcony and offer a magnificent view of the surroundings. The terrace invites you to grill and sit comfortably together. Parking is right by the house. In the attic is a small private loft apartment with its own private access outside the house. This apartment is for private use only. We are located in the middle of large ski resorts such as Zell am See - Kaprun, Saalbach, Gasteinertal and Dienten, are easily accessible by car and yet in a very quiet location.
