Set of 3 independent cottages suitable for groups of 16 to 20 people. The whole has access to the swimming pool, football field, basketball, handball and a large green park. Optional rental of linens and towels. The estate is reserved for a family audience. We do not recommend it for the organization of noisy parties to respect the neighborhood. GVs, FYI, student parties, or similar parties are prohibited. 2 electric charging stations. We offer an exceptional setting for your family or friends reunions. Close to the main roads (Rennes-Lorient and Brest-Nantes). The estate consists of 3 cottages for a total of 15 beds, including 5 double and 10 single. The advantages of the site: A large dining room 6x12 m pool. The 3 cottages: Ty Neuhe: living room with large table for 15, equipped kitchen, dishes for 15, hi-fi channel (MP3, Bluetooth, CD), TV lounge, Japanese pool, table games, 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 urinal, washing machine. Wooden outdoor table for 20 people. BBQ. 4 bedrooms including 2 double beds and 4 single beds. Ty Braz: TV lounge, 1 bathroom with bathtub, walk in shower, double vanity. 2 toilets, 1 shower room. 4 bedrooms including 2 double beds and 4 single beds. Er Grange: living room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms including 1 double bed and 2 single beds. We provide duvets, blankets , pillows and crosses. Linens (sheets, towels and tea towels) are optional. Sheet rates: 20 euro / bed made 16 euros / bed not made 5 euros /bath sheet 6 euros /towel kit Baby equipment: two chairs and a bathtub/changing table. A deposit is to be paid upon arrival, only by check for 1500 euros, not cashed. Cleaning is included. Not the storage, cleaning of dishes, cleaning of kitchen items as well as the disposal of waste that is your responsibility. Homes are heated to 19° in winter. Check-in time: from 5PM except Sundays from 8PM. Check-out time: 10AM on weekdays and Saturdays. 3:00 p.m. on Sundays. We do not welcome EVGs, EVJFs, student evenings or groups of young people who would like to organize an evening there. We prefer family groups. Respect for homes and the neighborhood is important to us. We allow a maximum of one pet (cat or dog). Subject to receiving the animal's papers and vaccination record at the time of booking. We prohibit pets from having access to bedrooms, swimming pool and sofas. We disclaim all responsibilities in the event of a fugue or accident. There are farm and domestic animals in the neighborhood, the land is not fenced. It is forbidden to exceed the maximum number of people allowed on the listing.
