When you book Seascape you will have access to all structures for your stay. **STRICT REMINDER: Guests may not enter neighboring properties. Your reservation is strictly for this home only. Entering other homes or yards is considered trespassing and may be reported by neighbors. Other things to note *** the $250 cleaning fee includes hot tub cleaning as well We do have a local property manager that is available if any issues arise and to check on the property. He may stop in during your stay. The home is on a private well and septic system. Seasonally the home does get a sulfur smell in the water.
