Guests will enjoy the recently renovated upstairs unit of this two-unit apartment complex. Follow the stairs to the second floor of the building and you are in! Through the front door, you will be instantly welcomed by the colonial, yet modern feel of the apartment. From the stairs step into the open living space featuring incredible hardwood flooring, crystal-lined light fixtures, chic furniture, and oversized windows pouring in natural light. Enjoy your favorite streaming service on our provided smart TV. To the front of the living space, enjoy the incredible Savanah mornings and nights on your own private veranda overlooking the neighborhood below. Just off this central room, step through the French doors to the master suite, featuring an artisan fireplace and a brand-new king mattress with plush linens and soft pillows. Absolutely no parties. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Clean up all smoke butts. Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately. Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your own property.
