Quiet 114 m² cottage 11 km from Saint-Omer and its marsh - 6 to 8 people maximum. Within our farmhouse, with separate entrance and private fenced garden of 244 m². Private spa area for 3/4 people with an extra fee. Weekend special feature: check-out 2 p.m. on Sunday. Baby equipment - play areas - pets welcome. 3 bedrooms: - 1 with private shower - 2 modular bedrooms (single beds that can be joined to make double beds) + 1 sofa bed. 2 toilets, 2 showers The space Come and enjoy a private relaxation area including a 3/4-person hot tub at 38°C, with 3 areas of massage jets, located in an outbuilding a few meters from the vacation rental. Accessible at will between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., with a PAID OPTION for an additional fee: €100 for 2 nights (weekend) €245 for 7 nights (week) This rate includes a bath towel and bathrobe per person. Contact us for intermediate rates. Payment for the option will be requested through Airbnb after you book (via the Money Request feature). The spa option is not flexible: the rental period of the spa area is equal to the rental period of the cottage. Access is exclusively reserved for the tenants of the cottage mentioned in the reservation. Outsiders are not allowed. Your pet is welcome, at no extra charge but under your responsibility and supervision. This way, dogs can't stay alone. Weekend special feature: to enjoy your stay with family or friends more, late check-out on Sunday before 2 p.m. instead of 10 a.m. (excluding school holidays in zone B/also valid on public holidays). Playful family cottage with 2 play areas upstairs: - for the little ones -> secure space with children's table and chairs and many toys (doll, Playmobils, kitchen,...) - for the older ones -> Smart TV, Playstation 4, video and DVD games, foosball, dartboard + books and board games available for everyone. Rooms: - comfortable bedding, - 1 master bedroom upstairs with double bed (140x190), dresser and private shower area + connected TV, - 2 bedrooms on the ground floor overlooking the garden, modular -> each room is equipped with a queen size bed 160*200 separable into 2 twin beds 80*200 and a dresser, - BZ bench in the larger play area, attached to the master bedroom (comfortable Dunlopillo mattresses: 35kg/m3, size 140*190), dresser, - Shared dressing room in the lobby between the ground floor bedrooms and the bathroom. The modular bedding allows us to adapt the cottage as much as possible to your needs: family, group of friends or professionals. Sanitary facilities: - on the ground floor -> shower room with vanity unit and 10 kg washing machine + a separate toilet with macerator - upstairs -> private shower area in the master bedroom + a separate sanitizer toilet The kitchen: Open to the living room, the equipment is very complete -> induction plates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, raclette/pierrade machine, Actifry oil-free fryer, blender, pot, pie/cake dishes, pressure cooker, wine and beer glasses,.... A classic filter coffee maker (filters and coffee provided) and a Nespresso compatible L'Or Barista coffee maker (pods provided) are available. Extra spaces: - A space with dressing room (wardrobe + lockers and drawer) and closet serves the ground floor, - A desk is available upstairs. The gite is great for children. We provide baby equipment: - 1 cot with a real mattress (bed linen included), - 1 chair booster with tray, installed on an additional chair not reducing the number of chairs at the table (= high chair) removable if necessary, - utensils for meals (plates, cutlery, bowls, cups,...), - necessary for baby hygiene: changing mat, bathtub and bath lounger, toilet reducer and potty, - 1 activity mat, ... For safety, there is a protective barrier at the top of the stairs and in front of the pellet stove and household products are stored at height. The pergola allows you to enjoy a fenced garden of 244 m² and a terrace sheltered from the wind and without vis-à-vis, equipped with an 8-person garden furniture, a Weber barbecue, 4 sun loungers as well as some outdoor games (Molki, badminton,...). For your tranquility, the cottage that is located in the left wing of our farmhouse has a separate entrance and a private garden. Our home is in the central part of the farmhouse, adjoining by the garage. This proximity allows us to be more available for any request, but we strive to respect your privacy. Guest access You have parking spaces that are exclusively reserved for you in front of the cottage, in our enclosed common courtyard: - 1 to 2 vehicles one behind the other along the front of the cottage then, depending on the size of your vehicles - 1 to 2 vehicles side by side in front of our garage. Electric or hybrid vehicle charging not included and not allowed. Free parking is also available on the street, 200 meters away. We provide an outbuilding for storing bicycles or roof box. Ascension Thursday: street closed for the day (flea market and fairground attractions). To move around freely: parking 500 m away, Rue de Cassel ("Eriquihno" fry shop). Other things to note The rental includes, for the duration of the stay, the supply of: - all bed linens (2 pillows per person, mattress protectors, duvets, sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases), - bath towels (1 bath towel + 1 medium towel + 1 washcloth + 1 hand towel per person), - shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper - household products including for the washing machine and dishwasher (sanytol for disinfection, mostly organic products for the rest), - paper towels, coffee and some basic products (sugar, cocoa powder, salt, pepper, oil...). Utilities are also included (water, electricity) as well as pellets for the stove. Electric or hybrid vehicle charging is neither included nor permitted. Barbecue utensils are included (tongs, brush) but charcoal and firelighters are not provided. There is no tourist tax, and no extra charge for your pet. Dogs are welcome, under the supervision of their owner. They cannot be left alone in the cottage or property while you are away.
