A spacious house with jetty and deep water mooring. 3 double beds, 2 singles and 2 pull out beds. Dogs welcome. Kick back and relax: fishing, kayaking, reading, playing games. IGA, butcher, bottlo and bowls club nearby as well as several cafe choices. 30 mins - 1hr by ferry ( walk-on or vehicle); enjoy a quiet island getaway with your own jetty and fabulous views. 2 bikes, kayak and crab pots are provided or just relax on the sun loungers on the deck. The space With 4 bedrooms, the house can easily accommodate 10 people or 2 families. Upgraded bed linen and ample towels as well as toiletries are provided for your stay. Guest access The whole house is available for your use. If you start to read one of the books and haven't finished it; feel free to take it with you. Other things to note Getting to the island: The Russell Island ferry from Redland Bay costs $0.50 at the moment( go card or credit card) one way for foot passenger tickets and $72 one way for cars. The ferries run from 4:20am - 11:35pm. If you are just travelling between the islands, then it is free - if you are just exploring the islands such as Macleay or Lamb Island. Please note that the neighbours dog does visit from time to time as it’s easy access on the beach for him! But he is very friendly. Note:The beach is not sandy; it is part of the inner islands mangrove area but still is great to explore and fish from. Note: there are some rooms downstairs without blinds so as to not interrupt the view. Sometimes there is not great phone reception for some providers.
