Quiet house with terrace 30 m from the sea

Pleasant quiet house 30 m from the sea in a private cul-de-sac (parking inside the accommodation). Close to sailing club, casino and thalassotherapy, and 3 minutes' walk from shops and restaurants. You can enjoy the quality of life and the various activities of this small seaside resort or sports activities: cycling (many bike paths and rental possible), mini-golf, water sports or swimming by the sea (beach just opposite supervised in July-August). The space It includes a large living room composed of a very well-equipped kitchen open to the living room and overlooking a wooden terrace, a desk area, two bedrooms (double beds 140 x 190/wardrobes), a bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet. Linens (sheets and tea towels) are provided but we do not provide towels. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for a room in which we leave our belongings during rental periods. Other things to note The house is not equipped for electric vehicle charging. The town hall has installed charging stations for electric vehicles easily accessible on the two public parking lots 3 and 5 minutes walk from the house (either next to the thalasso or next to the mini-golf).
