The Little Efficiency

This quiet studio /efficiency with everything in one room, including the bedroom, dining room, living room, and kitchen with private bath is located within walking distance to the sponge docks. It is attached to the main house, and centrally located to nearby beaches such as Clearwater and St. Pete. You're approximately 30 minutes to the Tampa Airport, and Busch Gardens. You can also enjoy a walk or run on the Pinellas Trail that is located just across the street, in front of the home. The space This is a small efficiency with a kitchenette containing a full size refrigerator and stove. It is perfect for a couples getaway or to just stay the night. There is a daybed that is a single with a trundle underneath that can be pulled out and raised to make a double bed. No seperate bedroom. We allow NO more than 1 pets for an additional fee of $85 Our home will only accommodate 1 pet per reservation. TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv. DISCLAIMER: This property is adjoining to another rental unit. To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures by blocking off 24 hours before and after a guest has stayed in the home. Guest access No Access to the main home from apartment and vise versa. Main home is seperate rental. Other things to note We allow NO more than 1 pet for an additional fee of $100.00. Our home will only accommodate up to 1 pets per reservation. Tampering or turning off security cameras will result in a charge of $200 or immediate cancellation of the reservation. TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv. Visitors who remain in the home after 9 pm will be considered extra guests and you will be charged as such. Visitors are any persons not listed in the reservation. Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7am.
