Stirling's, "family style home" is a separate living area in lower & upper area of home. Private entrance and parking. No indoor/outdoor pets, no smoking indoors, or $150 fine per day. Located on 8 acres, 365 ft lakeshore, fishing, water and jet skiing, kayaking, snowmobiling, paddle boat. Indoor pool + hot tub. Restaurants located within 3 miles, major cities within 15-45 minutes. Ice fishing + snowmobile trails right outside your door. Golf courses are near. Fire pits, bring/find wood. Private retreat from city life, which provides a creative and relaxing atmosphere for any musicians, bands, weddings, parties, group meetings, family reunions, or individuals. (Check for Recording Studio availability on site). Large parking areas. No confetti, silly string, sprays, water or regular ballon popping, etc. is allowed indoors, otherwise large fines for professional cleaning will be incurred. When outdoors, clean up after yourselves. No fireworks allowed due to dry conditions and heavily wooded areas. All cigarettes should be picked up and disposed of properly or $100 fine applies. No smoking or pets allowed indoors or $150. fine will be charged per day. Sleeps 26 adults (16 beds, and a queen sofa sleeper). I also have 2 toddler size beds, a crib (bedroom 2), a folding chair cushion bed (bedroom 5), a twin daybed/couch (bedroom 7), and a regular couch in the listing. There are additional air mattresses, sleeping bags and a cot available for additional guests, if needed. Tents/campers welcome. Please use the amount of beds per your guest reservation. Please close off bedrooms that will not be used by your group as this helps to keep cleaning costs down. The 4th bedroom has a private handicap ramp entrance and is connected to the lower level living areas by stairs. Any visitors must be pre approved and must leave by Midnight, or as discussed. It is suggested to add your guests to stay overnight, to your guest count, if drinking is involved. Additional day guest fees will apply for larger parties. Inquire if needed. Guests areas are private. Make sure to correctly list your guest count when making your booking. 4 bathrooms total: a full bathroom in the pool/hot tub area, a full bathroom in bedroom 4, a 3/4 bathroom off of the kitchen and laundry room area and a 1/2 bath in bedroom 6. If needed, there are extra tables and chairs available to use for larger groups in the hallway. There is a separate Indoor Banquet Dining area available for larger venues only. Seats approximately 50 people. Inquire if interested for your booking. Excellent fishing, jet skiing, water skiing, swimming farther out in lake is possible (no sandy beach area, but there are plenty of local beaches with them), snowmobiling, some sledding and snowboarding hills, and ice fishing right outside your door. 2 kayaks, paddle board, and a paddle boat are available to use with the understanding that you will use them at your own risk, put them back when done, and are responsible for any damages incurred because of using them. Some life jackets are in the pool area and available for use. Other lakes, and beaches are close by as well. Great trail system for snowmobiling and four wheeling. Powder ridge is about 30 minutes away with tubing and snow skiing. Golf course within 4 miles and others around in the area. The indoor pool and hot tub are located back up the driveway to the left side of the 4 car garage area. There is a concrete walkway on the left side of the double door garages. Same access code applies to pool/hot tub area. In the winter you are welcome to park up next to the pool door area, while using the pool and hot tub. The pool has a badu jet so you can swim in place, in the deep end. On the back pool liner wall within the circle type ring is a button you push to turn on and push again to turn off. Close pool and hot tub when finished using each day. No stairs to the pool or hot tub. Usually someone is available on the property, living in a separate addition of the complex, if needed during your stay. I’m available by text. Multiple dogs (shollies) on site, yet dogs are usually quiet, some barking may occur. All are fenced in and not accessible to guests. Outside noise courtesy is 10 pm to 7 am. The furnace and air conditioning controls for the rental areas are located in bedroom 4. Bedroom 5 has its own controls with in floor heat. Remember to keep the outside doors closed in your living areas and in the pool area so that the bugs don’t get in at night. Thanks again! Indoor pool (with Badu Jet) - 6 ft. deep end - NO diving permitted, pool and hot tub area are located back up the driveway to the left of the garages. Pool entry is on the outside of home, left side of garage up top. Enter access code, press check mark to unlock and gain access. Pool is open until 2 AM, or as discussed. The badu jet in pool turns on or off by pushing a button in the circle that’s located in the deep end of the pool. Pool heater is in the equipment pool room. Up/down arrows to adjust temp. Make sure to close the pool when finished using each day. Press AND hold the green button on the side of the hot tub while closing cover. Closing the pool and the hot tub cover will keep the heat and moisture in the water where desired. Karaoke machine is available in the living room area for your use, along with a variety of vcr movies, board games and books for children and adults. . If the form is not signed during your stay that will count as still being signed. There are a couple of fire rings on the property Lake side for use. There is a garden hose over by the grills, behind the lattice fencing where the air conditioners are, for the fire pit up by the house if needed and there’s a garden hose down the hill towards the lake on the light post if needed for a fire down there in the fire pit. Also hose behind swing under the handicap deck area. I am available by text if I'm not on the property. Treat the home as if it was your own, and leave it the way you found it or better. Thanks! If a power outage should occur the 5th-7th bedrooms need to be accessible to be able to reach breaker panels to reset possible breakers. The breaker panel for the living room and bedrooms is located in the hallway, under the stairs next to the living room area. There is a back up generator, which should work. 2 1/2 miles from Clearwater, MN 15 minutes from St. Cloud, or Monticello, MN. Boat and jet ski rentals companies are available in our area. Local restaurants within 4 miles include The Kettle, Subway, Burger King, Dairy Queen, Nelson‘s restaurant and bakery, Taco Gringo, and within 7 miles the BrickYard bar and grill. The Waterfront Lakeside Grille is amazing for food, beverage and water activities! Local bars are Nelson’s (amazing drinks and food), Up the Creek, Clearwater Corner, American Legion, Flintstone Bar. Rollie’s in St. Cloud has great food, drinks and live music. Local parks and beaches/lakes in the area. Check out the guide book in my listing. Car No bus transportation available in our area There are four outside security cameras located around the property to protect you and the property itself. You are responsible for picking up after yourself and disposing of your garbage. Recycling and separation of garbage is the responsibility of guests. Trash cans are labeled within the kitchen to help assist. Remember to take ALL garbage and bring it up top by the garbage bins before you leave. Depending on your party size, there may be an additional garbage removal fee. Typical pricing is $100-200. Boat and jet ski rentals are available in our area. I have a few sleds and snowboards available to use at your own risk. No daily cleaning. I will wash pool towels, if needed. Please leave pool towels in the towel room off of the pool area each night. Other towels can be placed in the laundry room area before you leave. You do have access to your own washer and dryer to take care of washing them for yourself if needed. The cleaning fee is only for after any guests have vacated. Please remove your bed sheets and place them on the floor, next to each bed when leaving, or in the laundry room. If any bedding that was used has not been removed, additional fees will apply, minimum $50. If you smoke it is only allowed outdoors. Please pick up all your cigarette butts and dispose of them properly, or $100 fine applies. Thanks! Important rule: No feminine products, or anything besides feces and toilet paper should be flushed down the toilets. No cooking grease should be poured down any sink.
