Your relaxing and connected getaway starts here—book now! The space **This will tell you about our space. Please read** We have a quiet neighborhood, that conveniently sits right outside of town. We are near the James River and Interstate 44 exit - leading to north/south Springfield in record time. Also, a very convenient run to Republic or Battlefield City if in your plans. This is really a great spot to get around for multiple venue activities, or just sit around and relax. The space was originally used as a family apartment. It gets a lot of love and maintenance, while maintaining a great level of privacy. The space is completely private from our living space. The door to upstairs is always locked. Family of 3 lives upstairs. They are considerate of guests, however you can and should expect normal family noises. Please keep this in mind when considering our space. We're all so excited to host you! Guest access You'll see a gravel driveway with solar lights (and address marker) running the stretch, which will lead to lower level where your unit is (side entry)! Other things to note The unit is on the lower level of house. During stay you will hear inaudible noise from a very considerate family upstairs, such as subtle creaks in floor from foot traffic. This will be similar to an apartment complex in this respect. Also, well water is rich in minerals. For those that don't like well water, we offer Culligan filtered water for that flavorless water experience.
