This home is a perfect getaway for a family or a small group as it is located in a private setting, close to Lincoln City and Pacific City/Cape Kiwanda. Outdoor enthusiasts will adore this beautiful Cloverdale vacation rental located on Little Nestucca river, close to a boat ramp and in the middle of wildlife. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a King size bed and one with a queen bed. Both these bedrooms have a smart TV. There is a smart TV in the living room as well. We do not offer any subscription for the smart TV’s, you would have to use your own accounts. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have very comfortable memory foam mattresses. The home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants. The occupancy of the home is determined by the county licensing and we have no flexibility in accommodating additional guests. The total number of guests MUST be entered within the reservation, when booking. No smoking/vaping, marijuana or any other drugs are allowed inside the home. You are welcome to smoke outside, just make sure to pick up after yourself. If the home smells like cigarette or marijuana smoke, we will be charging you an additional $250.00. We do accept dogs. There is a $80 fee for a dog and we only allow 1 dog 45 lbs or smaller. The fee and rules apply to emotional support animals as well. There will be no charge for a service dog, however we'll ask you to tell us what service does the dog provide to it's owner. We do not allow dogs on the furniture or beds. Please bring dog blanket and dog dishes. Do not use dishes provided for people for your dog. The check-out time is no later than 10 am. If your check-out exceeds 10 am there will be a one night's stay late check-out fee. Our home is best suited for guests looking for a quiet place, away from everything to relax and unwind. THIS HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LOUD DRINKING PARTIES! Guests under the age of 21 MUST have a parent or other adult accompany them during the stay. The person that booked the home must be present during the stay and it is responsible for the entire party’s stay. We do not accept third party bookings. Full laundry room is available for your use. There is an iron and ironing board as well. Pet towels are provided, do not use white towels for pets. We are just a quarter mile away, up the hill. With the Little Nestucca River close by, you can enjoy kayaking, fishing and other activities with a boat launch just a quarter mile West on Little Nestucca River Rd. Famous Tillamook Cheese Factory is just 24 miles N, Pacific City and Cape Kiwanda are just 5 miles away, Nescowin Beach is 5 miles SW and Lincoln City is about 18 miles SW. Pacific City is 5 miles North, Neskowin is 5 miles South. Both cities have good restaurants. For an upscale experience, try the beautiful Meridian Restaurant in Pacific City. Try also Grateful Bread in Pacific City or Hawks Creek Cafe in Neskowin for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Lincoln City with it’s many restaurants is 18 miles South. We like to go to Kylo’s or Dory Cove. If you are in search of another good, upscale restaurant, head to Depot Bay and try Tidal Raves. The home has a nice yard, large covered carport and patio, another porch towards the street and abundant parking area large enough to accommodate multiple vehicles, vehicles pulling trailers, boats, etc. However, county licensing only allows for a maximum of 4 vehicles, please do respect that. If you have more than 4 vehicles, you will be asked to remove them. The hot tub is serviced by professional hot tub cleaning agency that charges $60.00 for each cleaning.
