Bedroom Set up: Bedroom 1- King bed+ desk with comfortable office chair and a good size closet. Bedroom 2 - King bed + a twin bed and a Desk with a office chair Bedroom 3- 2 Twin beds that turn into a King Bed + 1 Bunk Bed Bedroom 4- Tiny bedroom with a military bed and computer desk -tiny home style bedroom with TV Living room has a 65inch smart TV The Kitchen has all amenities that you might need plus more. Brand new cabinets Modern and clean with large refrigerator and large Bosch stove, clean and new small appliances such as coffee maker, rice maker, air fryer and an instant pot. High quality dishes and glasses are available you may use everything, but please no glass outside the house. There is a dinning room attached to the kitchen with 6 seats, an extra table can be arranged upon request. The backyard has a private pool and a brand new top of the line hot tub with a lounger seat and space for 6 of you to enjoy! Private reserved only for you and your family. If you use the hot tub please make sure all jets are off and the cover is on before leaving the jacuzzi. Seating space and a grill is available. Out of our living room we have a table + grill. Please enjoy Guest access You are welcomed to use the whole house and backyard. Please make yourself home! There is plenty of street parking and 1 driveway space as well. Other things to note - No parties allowed -No unregistered guests allowed at any time -No loud music outdoors at any time -Quiet time is 8pm - Leave the house as you found it, any damage will be reported to Airbnb. -Kids must be watched at all times as we have the pool open. Swim at you own risk -Do not touch the pool equipment, shower before and cover the jacuzzi after each use -Located at central and main street can be busy at rush hours. - The property is located in a very safe area, and for additional guest safety, the outside of the property is monitored 24/7 by cameras. They are located by the front door, driveway, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the house. - Only families and respectful groups will be accepted!
