This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Le Gîte Rubis, Located 15 minutes from Puy du Fou and Cholet, on the edge of the Vendée region, this former village school has been converted into 4 adjoining gîtes. On the South East side, a large shared elevated terrace overlooking the church and the countryside. On the northwest side, there is a small enclosed outdoor courtyard with a private terrace area. The space Welcome to our peaceful family haven, ideal for stays with friends or family! On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large, welcoming living room that is a great place to gather. It consists of: A small, open-plan kitchen that is functional and fully equipped to make mealtime a breeze. A living area with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing or providing two additional sleeping places if needed. All this is complemented by a large dining table, in a warm and bright atmosphere that is perfect for enjoying quality time together. A toilet, and a terrace. Upstairs, the sleeping area is arranged around several bedrooms designed to accommodate the whole family: A master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and its own shower area. One bedroom with two single beds and its own shower area. One bedroom with two single beds, plus a shower cubicle. And finally, a cozy and charming attic room with three single beds, accessed via a vertical ladder, ideal for teenagers. Be careful when entering. A shower room and a separate toilet complete the upstairs area. Good to know before you book: The accommodation is not suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility, due to the stairs and the fact that some areas are accessed via a ladder. Bed linen and cleaning are not included. The attic bedroom may not be suitable for unsupervised children. Other things to note The property must be left clean, the dishwasher must be emptied. Bed linens, towels, and cleaning are not included. You have the option to select add-ons upon request for an additional fee to be paid in advance: Cleaning option €80, bed linen option €10 (sheet placed on the bed); there is no option for towels.
