The space You’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house, guest house, and expansive grounds. The main house offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for every guest. A spacious, modern layout makes it easy to spend time together while still having quiet places to retreat. The guest house adds even more flexibility, offering a popular bunkroom and a separate queen bedroom. The full bathroom is en suite to the queen bedroom and features a separate entrance for bunkroom guests, making it convenient for everyone. The guest house is always included with your stay and is never rented separately, ensuring your group has complete privacy across the entire property. The home sits on three acres with a large open yard for play and gathering, a peaceful wooded area, and direct, private lakefront on spring-fed Saddle Lake, complete with a small private beach and dock for easy water access during the season. The buildings and grounds are designed to offer space, privacy, and something for everyone to enjoy. Guest access You will have full, exclusive access to the entire property, including: • Main home, guest house, and all bedrooms • Parking for multiple cars • Pool, hot tub, and outdoor lounge areas • Pickleball/basketball court and recreational spaces • Half-acre waterfront on Saddle Lake with seasonal, private dock A few storage/owner closets may be locked, but all guest-facing spaces are fully accessible. We provide a guest guide with check-in instructions, detailed house information, and curated local recommendations, and are always available if you need anything during your stay. Other things to note To preserve a peaceful environment, we enforce a strict no party policy. The booking platform will be contacted immediately upon any noise violations, disruptive gatherings, or arrival of unauthorized guests. Several family members have strong to severe animal allergies. For this reason, we cannot allow any pets into our home. Summer availability is limited—early booking recommended.
