The house has two bedrooms (both with queen beds), one bathroom, and comes equipped with DISH TV. Sleeping options for extra guests include the couch and a twin cot. Guests can expect internet download speeds around 105 Mbps. - There are several small steps in the house into the small office and bedroom. The smaller bedroom has low ceilings (5'4" at the lowest point), so it's great for kids and grownups who are vertically challenged, but not so great for giants! - The maximum parking for this property is two vehicles. No campers or trailers. Important things to know: • Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax for the first pet, and $60 plus tax for each additional pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. • This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. We provide both types of coffee. • The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1. • We have a propane grill, and we provide propane. • Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour.
