(7589 Brk dr) The space The property boasts a tastefully modern decor with high ceilings in the living room, enhancing the sense of well-being, brightness, and comfort for its visitors. It is conveniently located near well-known tourist attractions. The house is laid out over two floors, detailed as follows: FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom: Equipped with a king bed and a 50-inch TV, full bathroom, closet, and balcony. Kitchen: A full kitchen stocked with utensils. Living Room: Features a beautiful electric fireplace, double-height ceilings which provide a spacious and luxurious feel, along with a half-bath. Laundry: Fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Balcony: A beautiful balcony furnished with a table with 6 chairs and a great barbecue setup. SECOND FLOOR: Three Suites: Each suite is complete with bathrooms, closets, and TVs. Two bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds. The master suite includes a king bed, a work desk, and a large chaise lounge for relaxation. This design ensures that guests enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay, with plenty of room and amenities to meet both their relaxation and entertainment needs. (7589 Brk dr) Guest access The condominium has a coded entrance to have better control of its visitors and provide a peaceful and safe stay. The condominium has a Japanese food restaurant with lacarte or rodizio dishes and a private and well-equipped clubhouse which guests can access by paying a fee of $100.00 + 6.5% taxes directly at the frontdesck per day of use per house : The clubhouse has: pool Hottub tennis court volleyball court with beach sand fitness room recreation for children Other things to note 1. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues. I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing. 2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows. * We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer. 3. CRIB: If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability. 4. PROPANE GAS ONLY GRILL RULES: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $75.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. 5. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. 6. ITEMS OR BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems. 7. We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house. 8. If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in. 9. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 10. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Excessive trash in the house (bags, boxes, etc.) can generate a fine of up to 200.00 after your checkout, cleaners are not obliged to throw them away. 11. RESERVATIONS OVER 28 DAYS – For stays longer than 28 days, the guest will be required to pay for an additional cleaning service, which will be performed after 15 days of stay to ensure the property's upkeep. CAMERAS - Our houses have exterior cameras located at the front near the entrance door, on the sides, and at the back of the property, positioned beyond the pool screen and facing the outside area. We are always at your disposal to provide you with excellent accommodation and allow you to have an amazing vacation while you are in our listing.
