Activities: Free outdoor concerts, kid's crafts & carousel, bingo, movie night, pavilion & night club, Florence Griswold Museum, Goose Island, Connecticut impressionist art trail, sculpture grounds, Soundview Brewing Company, Bell 8 charters, Kokomo's restaurant and beach bar. Winery and Brewery tours available - Tour includes a visit to three to five wineries or breweries of your choice in Middlesex and New Haven Counties in a luxury passenger vehicle with driver. Offshore activities - Day and sunset charters to Newport, Montauk, Sag Harbor, Block Island, Duck Island, Greenport, etc. Speed boat rentals and thrill rides and waterskiing and tubing. 5 Miles to Big Y supermarket. Property is equipped with visible outdoor security cameras. Beach chairs, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, cleaning products, bathroom tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods are included in the rental. Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. Long term rentals are available from October to May at a discounted rate. Rates posted are for short term winter rentals. Please contact us for long term rental rates and summer midweek rental rates under 1 week for information. Other things to note A $2,000.00 security deposit is required and will be charged on a credit card separately once the reservation is confirmed. Upon confirmation, a credit card authorization form will be emailed from our company, and it must be completed and sent back to us to finalize the reservation.
