Enjoy the beautiful nature of Smith Lake or it is also a short drive into Cullman, for dining, shopping and local festivals! Bedroom #1: King size bed Bedroom #2:Queen size bed Bedroom #3: Queen size bed 2 full baths on the main level. Huge dock, Swimming Pool (May- Sep). There are some steps to the dock. There is no power on the dock. Year round water. Great for kayaks and paddle boards. PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): We accept three (3) night reservations for the Peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week - 4th of July week has a 5 night minimum - OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night minimum (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas) Restrictions: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy of 8 has to be per-approved. (Smith Lake is considered seasonal water and water levels fall low in late fall through the winter. There is no cable, but Wifi is available.)
