This home is next door to The Pacific Vista Home and both homes rented together are perfect to accommodate larger families or groups. Enjoy exploring the central Oregon coast from Heceta Head Lighthouse and Cape Perpetua to Newport's historic bayfront and Nye Beach districts. This home is just a short drive to easy access to sandy or rocky beaches (no access in front of the home). Less than a mile north is access at the end of Colorado Street or a little further you will find Beachside State Park with plenty of parking. To the south of the house is a pullout along the highway by Vingie Creek or further towards Yachats, enjoy the rocky coast and the 804 Trail at Smelt Sands State Park. Sleeps up to 4 - 1 bedroom and loft, 1 Queen; 1 Queen futon; and 1 King (can be split in to two twins with prior notice); 1 Bath.. Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (Strictly enforced- No street parking allowed) Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. *There is not direct beach access in front of Beachwood Cottage.
