This charming seaside condo is on the pristine white sands and serene blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Longboat Key, Florida! On the second floor, overlooking the heated pool and ocean, this dreamy one-bedroom condo is optimal for sunset viewing from a private, screened lanai. To see all four of our listings, click on my Host photo and scroll down...! The space Upon arrival to Silver Sands Gulf Beach resort, you will be wowed by the tropical property! Conveniently located mid-island on Longboat Key, just off the main road, Gulf of Mexico Drive, this small, intimate resort, only 35 units, has so much to offer: direct, private beach access, pool, beach loungers and sun umbrellas, laundry facility, and complex office with staff. We also own three condos just south at The Beach at Longboat Key Resort if vacationing with friends and family...! When you arrive, pick up a parking pass from the main office (open 9A.M. - 5P.M. daily for any questions), and then make your way to our condo, Unit 256, located on the second floor for optimal sunset viewing! If you arrive late, there are also two laminated passes in the condo - use and return - easy! The condo has a smart lock for smooth entry and exit. Each guest is assigned a secure, individualized 4-digit code (deleted upon departure!), allowing for 24/7 arrival and freedom from carrying a key when on the beach...! Upon entering, our condo features a spacious bedroom with king-size bed and cable television for viewing while lounging. There is a large closet and chest of drawers for storing belongings for a quick weekend getaway, if you're passing through, or a long stay, especially if you are a snowbird escaping those bitter winter months up North...! Walk further, and you reach the living room with ample seating and queen-size sleeper sofa, which is just perfect for extra members of your party - the little ones! There is a Smart television, also with cable, for use when you're not on the beach, plus a variety of reading material, board games, and children's toys. Wifi, of course, is available throughout! There is full heating and air conditioning within the condo, plus a ceiling fan in the living room. For convenience, we have a Pack 'N Play and beach toys available for families traveling with children! The living room flows into the fully stocked kitchen (coffee maker - drip and Keurig -, blender, knife set, Tupperware, wine glasses, etc.), with dishwasher, including everything you might need for ease and comfort on your vacation! The bathroom features a combined tub and shower, which always comes in handy when traveling with kids! Beyond the main living space is a spacious, screened lanai with patio furniture - ideal for eating a meal or sipping a cocktail! On property, there is a large pool with deck, featuring lounge chairs. Pick up a beach umbrella (extra one in our closet too!) and walk through the sea grapes (no need to cross a busy street!) to reach the private beach with more lounge chairs. No need to bring your own! The best part of our condo is the pool/ocean view, ample space, and all of the amenities that Silver Sands has to offer, most importantly, easy and quick beach access! Notes: 1. Upon arrival, the condo will be prepared with fresh bed linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels. There will also be starter supplies of the following: Bathroom: - toilet paper - shampoo & conditioner - body wash - hand soap - hair dryer Kitchen: - paper towels - sponge - dish soap - dishwasher detergent - garbage bags - cleaning spray - aluminum foil - plastic storage bags - salt & pepper - olive oil - coffee filters (drip and Keurig!) Closet: - laundry detergent - community washer and dryer on the ground floor of the complex - $2/wash, $2/dry - takes credit card - iron - vacuum (for the sand!) - Pack 'N Play Lanai: - extra beach chairs - extra sun umbrella - beach wagon 2. For our condo, there is one parking spot available - park wherever you like within the lot! Due to the size of the parking lot, unfortunately, no guest cars or trailers can be accommodated because it will take a spot away from another condo. 3. Please note our condo is best suited for one-two adults or one-two adults plus one-two small children in the sleeper sofa, and/or one in the Pack 'N Play, if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations for over two adults due to sleeping arrangement comfort. If it is a unique situation, feel free to message me to discuss further. Thank you for your understanding! 4. The condo is located on the second floor... for the pool/ocean view! At the complex, there are stairs, but no elevator. 5. The entryway door opens into the bedroom; this is very typical for Longboat beach hotels. Guest access Guests have access to all of Silver Sands Gulf Beach Resort - main office with onsite staff, heated pool, lounge chairs and sun umbrellas, mini golf, shuffleboard, and direct beach access! Our condo features a private entrance with keyless lock.
