With 1,400 sq. ft. of stylish living space, this family-friendly home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You’ll be just minutes from local restaurants, beaches, wineries, and downtown shops — making it an ideal home base for families or groups visiting the area. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor: Each of the three bedrooms offers cozy comfort after a day of exploring Traverse City. - Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, private ensuite bathroom, a Pack ’n Play crib and highchair stored in the closet. - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed. - Bedroom 3: Two twin beds. You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City) or Old Town Parking Structure (125 E Eighth St, Traverse City) Please Note: For security and liability reasons, our address cannot be used for mail or package deliveries.
