The Bluffs Oceanfront Oasis awaits you. Our beautifully appointed home sits right on the cliff boasting crashing waves and endless sunsets. Start your day in the zen room for a bit of yoga and meditation or take a leisurely walk on the beach trail right out the back gate. After dining out or in, end your evening with something special while seated at the firepit over looking the Pacific. Come for a romantic getaway, a weekend of golf or a family fun filled vacation. The space Walk straight into the main floor living and you feel like you’re on a cruise! The ocean views hit you first thing! Enjoy the expansive great room with a large sectional and recliner for sunsets or watching the big game on the 80” TV. Enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee in the enclosed sunroom with endless ocean views. Cook your favorite meal in the well appointed kitchen. Make your favorite cup of anything in the drip/kuerig combo coffee maker. Coffee, tea, sugars and cream all provided. As are basic cooking needs like olive oil, spices, sugar, flour and honey. There’s dining for six at the table. There’s a bedroom with two twin beds, 40” smart TV and a full bathroom on this floor as well. Super easy with anyone with mobility challenges. Downstairs boasts two king bedrooms. One with en-suite. Both bedrooms have 40” TVs. There’s a full bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub for a warm soak after a long hike or fun at the beach. How about some yoga or meditation in the downstairs sunroom? Yoga mats included. Head out of the sunroom to the deck where you can BBQ, relax by the firepit and enjoy yet another spot to listen to the waves or watch a beautiful sunset. And right outside the yard, you can pick up the cliff trail. It doesn’t get better than that! Guest access You have the entire home to yourself! Other things to note The county in which the house resides, requires we state the following: -A maximum of 6 guests are allowed to stay in the house. -There is onsite parking for two cars at the house. There is additional parking on the street. Please do not block driveways. -Trash must be put in the trash bins provided and recycling must be put in the recycling bins provided. They are both located out side the house and are covered containers with bungee cords. -The rental house will not be used to host or conduct any illegal activity. -The rental house complies with the standards of the County Noise Ordinance Code Chapter 4.88.
