The home was designed with families and groups in mind and boasts 4 bedrooms (all with private bathrooms) and a separate bunk area with a full/twin bunk bed and a trundle. Very comfortable living and dining space on the main level, with the gourmet kitchen and living room with a 65in 4k TV. The main level also includes one master suite and a separate half bath. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a bunk area, and a loft area with smart tv and games for kids and families. Each bedroom also has its own smart tv. As a guest, you have access to the Gulf cart (must sign a waiver for usage) and 3 additional parking spaces for your cars The "Gulf" Club is nestled in the quaint Lakeside neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach. Walking distance to great dining, shops and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The neighborhood has many full-time residents, is quiet and offers sidewalks for walking, a neighborhood pool and a small play area/park about 100 yards from the house. Feel free to leave your cars parked in one of the three available parking spaces and use the included 6-seater golf cart (we call it the Gulf Cart) or walk to nearby attractions.
