Other things to note Pool and jacuzzi heating is available in winter at an additional cost ($20/day, upon request before arrival). Airbnb collects and remits certain taxes automatically. A 5% local tourist tax applies in accordance with regulations and will be added to the reservation amount. R I V E R V I S T A H O A Rules We have a few guidelines listed below that we would like you to follow. Thank you for respecting the neighborhood and its residents. ✦ TRASH PICK UP: Every Thursday Except Holidays, recyclables should be place in green bin). Placed trash cans near the street curb, spaced 3 feet apart. All trash bins must be placed no earlier than Wednesday after 12pm and removed from curbside on Thursday no later than 6PM- Non compliance will result in fine. ✦ PARKING: No parking allowed on the streets, grass or in swales overnight. It is recommended that all vehicles be kept inside your garage as much as possible and the garage door closed. Vehicles kept in the driveway must be registered, insured and operational. ✦ GARAGE DOORS: Keep garage doors closed at all time. It is security concern as well as an invitation for raccoons, snakes and rats. ✦ PETS: All pets must be kept on leash when walking outside. All pet waste must be picked up at the time of your walk. Please refrain from allowing your pet to urinate on plantings. Any disturbance caused by dogs such as barking will be asked to be boarded at an appropriate facility. ✦ NOISE AND DISTURBANCE: Please respect the peace and quiet of the community. No excessive noise or disturbance are allowed after 10PM. If any resident feels another person is violating their “Peaceful Possession Rights” the Port St. Lucie police may be called. ✦ DRIVEWAY: No boats, trailers (of any kind), motor homes, motorcycles, or similar vehicles shall be stored upon a driveway or street side. No maintenance or repairs can be done except within a garage. ✦ No long term storage of containers or PODS. ✦ No littering or dumping from a vehicle (including cigarettes tossed out of a window) are allowed.
