Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including a heated pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, Hot tub, free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 4 cars), coffee maker, washer, and dryer. Other things to note This home requires a security deposit, amount shared in the price details. Additional security deposit may be required for last-minute bookings. There's a small fee to have the pool heated. Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit. There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture.
