The Cypress House~Ranch-Style with a View

The Cypress House in rural Sycamore is a Ranch Style home laid out with Family and Fellowship in mind. Mr. Brown's Father built this spacious home in 1999 with cypress trees felled and split on his Farm. Furnished in 20th Century Classic Country style, it includes antiques used in everyday living plus modern amenities. Adding to its Charm are a Den fireplace, 2 porches with rocking chairs, 2 ponds, and a powered Gazebo. Located on 10 acres next to a 50 acre farm field. Access-Private Drive. The space Desk areas, lighted gazebo and fire pit, rocking chair porches, walking areas. Our Nightly Fee includes Room and Board for 1-4 Guests and a 1-time Cleaning fee. Extra Guests of 5-12 will pay an additional $20 per Guest per Night to cover the cost of extra cleaning, utilities, and amenities. We try to stay very economical for larger groups, while giving smaller groups a set fee. Guest access The entire house is setup for your convenience. The only limited access is the Management Closet. Please note: The 4th Bathroom is in the Laundry Room (which can be requested access to do laundry if needed). Other things to note We have 2 fishing ponds for catch & release fun (bring your tackle & rods), no swimming is allowed (children must be well supervised), and there are plenty of country roads if you enjoy bike riding or exercising. And you can walk all the way around the front pond or Lakeview Drive (paved loop road) as well.
