You will love this 120m2 beach-front Villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for couples or families. Two of the bedrooms are large enough to add a baby cot; the other cannot, but is suitable for children.The living room is superb. Outside, the partially covered terrace with dining and sun bathing area leads directly to the beach with great views to the nearly islands. Full wi-fi is included + internet TV . The swimming pool is behind the villa just a moments walk away. The space Absolute beach front! Just perfect for relaxing in the warm waters of the Gulf of Thailand or lazing watching the view.The free-form salt-chlorinated swimming pool is located behind the Villas by the private car parking area. Night-time security is provided. Cleaning and linen/towel every 4 days change is included. Guest access You have the complete villa, all to yourselves. We will ask for a cash deposit of 4000 Baht as a security deposit and for electricity usage during your stay. The meter will be read on departure and and account prepared before check out, thanks for your understanding. Other things to note There are several beach restaurants located just a few minutes walk along the beach; some with live music.More comprehensive entertainment is available in Maenam (5 minutes) and Chawaeng (20 minutes). The beach, whilst not private is only used by nearby villas so its never crowded or noisy! We respectfully ask you not to feed or be-friend the few very friendly dogs on the beach as unfortunately they may steal your shoes and chew the beach furniture!!
