As such, The Bird House is a family rental only. Bachelor/Bachelorette parties are not permitted. ** The space 3rd floor loft, accessible by loft ladder, sleeps 6. Loft features 2 back-to-back custom built-in Queen beds and two back-to-back custom built-in Twin beds. 2nd floor sleeps 5. Second floor features sitting area, full bath, a bedroom with a Queen bed, and two open-air custom built in beds - a Twin bed built-in and a Full bed built-in. Main floor master bedroom sleeps 2 with a King size bed and has room for an Pack N’ Play.. Main floor includes open concept kitchen, island, full bathroom, and living room with fireplace, leather Restoration Hardware sofas, Crate Barrel table/bar and sliding doors to the deck. The finished basement sleeps 14. Basement features a full bathroom, 8 person sectional sofa, TV, a bedroom with a Queen bed and a wall of 6 Full sized custom built-in bunks each with their own sconce, power outlet and curtain. Other things to note 3rd floor loft is more ideal for adults and/or children old enough to climb up and down loft ladder.
