Ample parking on private property. 6.5 miles to Beautiful Navarre Beach, 18 miles to Pensacola Beach and 28 miles to Destin. HEATED POOL: It is important to remember that outside temperature must remain above 50 °F overnight for the pool heater to work efficiently. To avoid costly repairs, please DO NOT tamper with our pool equipment. 2300 sq ft, 4-bedroom 2 baths, sleeps 9 guests • Bedroom # 1 - king bed (direct patio/pool access) • Bedroom # 2 - king bed (direct patio/pool access) • Bedroom # 3 - king bed • Bedroom # 4 - bunk beds and a roll away bed in the closet. Children 6 and under are not allowed in the top bunk. Pack n play, highchair and kids' books are all in the house. This comfortable beach-themed home makes it easy to enter a carefree state upon arrival. Soaring ceilings gives this property an upscale, airy feel, which flows freely throughout the living area’s open floor plan. In the mornings, sip your coffee by the private heated salt pool. During the evening, take a refreshing dip or utilize the grill to wine and dine with your companions as the sun sets. Throughout the 4 bedrooms, comfy beds await you at the end of eventful days, sleeping a total of 10 comfortably. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the property other than locked storage closets for supplies, etc. PARKING NOTES: Circular private driveway (4 Vehicles Max). No Garage or Street Parking Allowed. Please do not park vehicles on the lawn due to sprinkler system. Recreational Vehicles such as RV/Boat/Camper/Trailer will require a short-term special permit from the HOA so we can comply with the covenants or parking policy as set forth by the Board of Directors. NEAREST PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS: Navarre Beach Marine Park- 8739 Gulf Blvd. No entrance fee, boardwalks, outdoor showers, clean restrooms and unlimited parking. Wind Jammer Restaurant and Longest Fishing Pier. Other things to note POLICIES -- Absolutely No smoking - No pets allowed (due to pet allergies). No events, parties or large gatherings. $1000 fine if it's discovered you brought pets. $500 fine for smoking on the property outdoors and $2,000 fine plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside. In either case your stay will be cancelled, and you will have to leave the property immediately. Please respect quiet hours from 9pm-7am per city ordinance. We have neighbors with high noise sensitivity, and they will not tolerate unreasonable outside noise. No dance club volume level music ever. THINGS TO KNOW: Please note that for your security and the security of the property there are cameras outside monitoring the driveway, and the front door. Also, the private backyard is fully fenced, providing peace of mind with kids. Pools, bicycles and steps/stairs present an inherent danger. You are accepting full responsibility for the safety of renting parties and all guests; and agreeing to supervise children to ensure their safety. KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED ALL THE TIME IN THE POOL AREAS. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury, or damage. Use the firepit responsibly and never leave it unattended. Use ALL items at your own risk. BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed at all times. This is your vacation; we’ll stay out of your way so you can enjoy it!
