The space Completely renovated open floor plan loft features original refinished hardwood floors and trim work. The modern kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator and freezer, 4-burner stove and oven, dishwasher, and new lighting. The bathroom features a custom shower and tile work, granite countertop, and brand new fixtures. Our guests will enjoy a new washer/dryer in unit, brand new Queen-sized bed, pull-out futon, 42 inch smart TV with streaming, wifi high-speed Internet, high-top dining table for two/workstation, and fully stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Key-pad entry lock to common door and another keypad entry lock to loft with private and secure entrance. The space is pet friendly, just add a guest for each dog starting with the 3rd guest. There is a $30 fee per animal due to the additional cleaning required for future guests and potential sensitivity to animal dander. Guest access Entire loft/third floor of building. First two levels are long term rental units that cater to young professionals. Parking is available on the street. Other things to note Booking & Guest Rules • The person booking must be staying in the home. No third-party bookings. • Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed. Any additional visitors must be pre-approved in writing through Airbnb. • A government ID matching the Airbnb profile may be requested. Guest requests with minimal and/or consistent negative ratings for use violations may be declined. Check-In & Security • Check-in details are shared only through Airbnb’s secure messaging system. Payments & Communication • All payments must stay on Airbnb. We never request cash, wire transfers, or off-platform payments. • Attempts to move communication or payment outside Airbnb will result in cancellation. Respect for Home & Neighborhood • No parties, events, or large gatherings. • Please leave the property as you found it. Any damage, missing items, or smoking indoors may result in additional charges. Fraud & Scam Prevention • Reservations with suspicious activity, mismatched information, or attempts to bypass Airbnb policies will be canceled. • Our goal is a safe, enjoyable experience for both our guests and our community. Quiet hours from 9:00 PM-7:00 am. No smoking of any kind. No parties or gatherings at any time. Please respect the long-term tenants in the building.o
