Description
The Prince's Room is a guest room offering services equivalent to or superior to the surrounding hotels. Your room is only yours, but the bathroom is shared with the owner: me. The place is ideal for a couple wanting to get some fresh air, climbers, hikers, riders or an INSEAD student. The accommodation is 500 m from INSEAD and 700 m from the Château de Fontainebleau, 550 m from a Franprix. Breakfast is complimentary. The space By creating this place, I wanted to give my guests the opportunity to create a small cocoon, a nest to meet, decompress from city life for a weekend or a night. The principle of the guest room is that we welcome someone to our home and treat them like a guest or a friend. A private balcony overlooks your room and you will enjoy all modern comforts: equipped kitchen/living room with home cinema/mini bar/recent bedding in 160x200 in the bedroom/elevator/washing machine/fiber connection. We have a catalog of additional services available for your enjoyment: * Pick up and drop off at the station by car or bicycle taxi * First ride in a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow * Mountain bike rental for the day * Shuttle for hikers for the start of the 25 bosses circuit on Noisy sur Ecole, return à la carte depending on the pace of course. * Horseback riding or sled dogs. * Wellness massage for solo or couples. Here, it's warmer than a hotel, cheaper, and a smile as a bonus! In order to better satisfy you, and before booking, I encourage you to tell me your expectations and desires for your stay. Thank you Guest access The street of the building has free parking. You can shop at Franprix, 2 crossings from the apartment. The forest, the city center, the Insead, the castle are all within walking distance. During your stay I am regularly present and available in the accommodation for my guests, but years of experience have taught me not to be intrusive. So many cultures come to my home, I adapt. I admit to enjoying sharing breakfast with my guests from time to time, but the feeling has to be shared. Nothing is mandatory. Other things to note 2 important points I would like to highlight: 1) Smoke. I can't stand cigarettes or other cones that are smoked. There is a balcony, you can smoke there but take care to close the window behind you if possible so that it does not invade the apartment and the surrounding textiles. 2) Late noise. It is important to show good manners and not to disturb my neighbors who also appreciate the calm of the place. So, I ask you not to make too much noise after midnight, by which I mean music that is too loud or a drinking party on my balcony, just good manners and knowing how to behave. I am on good terms with my neighbors, it is rare and precious, I absolutely want it to remain so...
