This two-bedroom two-bath condo has been completely remodeled for your enjoyment and is just a short 3-minute walk to our private beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald pristine water of the Gulf of America. Gulf Getaway #304 overlooks the seasonally heated pool (When temperatures allow it to be effective) and is close to pickleball/tennis courts. Vaulted ceilings and open floor plan offer a spacious comfortable feel Remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cookware for preparing your meals Living room has plenty of comfortable seating to watch a movie after spending a day at the beach Large master bedroom has a king-size bed & plenty of closet space & master bath Large guest room equipped with two queen size beds Condo sleeps 6 comfortably Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels Gulf Getaway #304 is a few minutes walk to Captain Dave's & Kenny D's If you are looking for golf and gulf, #304 is a short drive from Destin's finest courses   Come on in and enjoy Gulf paradise at Gulf Getaway!   This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25. Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella Beach service is from March 1st through October 31st.  Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.
