Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets. -Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly. -Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately. -Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws. -Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
