The space This property is conveniently located directly opposite the Wels Convention Center (Messe Wels) and is perfectly suited to provide short term housing for small teams travelling across state or country borders for employment purposes. 2 bedroom rooms are shared, containing 3 beds, desk & chairs and one tv, while bedroom 3 is a private bedroom with tv and desk & chairs. One of these rooms also has a small balcony with a view of the courtyard. All stations consist of a small wardrobe and hanging space, bedside table, lamp and power board. The kitchen is a comfortable communal space with a tv, fridge/freezer, microwave, drip coffee, kettle and all required pots, pans and cooking equipment. The dishwasher makes clean up easy and there is a lovely view from the kitchen window. Spare linen and towels provided as well as washing machine and iron for easy laundering.
