Set in a courtyard adjacent to our farmhouse with beautiful gardens, there is plentiful space for you to enjoy with outreaching views over the countryside to the rear. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar, cosy living room with wood burning stove, sofa bed, and French doors leading to open paddock, with patio and garden room for alfresco dining. Upstairs there is one large bedroom with a king-size bed, a separate dressing room and spacious bathroom. complimentary toiletries, towels and luxury linens are supplied. Ample secure private car parking with room for trailer if applicable. Storage for water sports equipment and cycles if required. Close to local amenities, walks, cycle routes and a variety of activities to try within a short distance. Melton Mowbray, The Rural Capital of Food & Drink, hosts a number of food festivals throughout the year. Tuesday is market day in Melton, with a weekly Farmer's Market held at the livestock market, and general market in the town centre.
