The homes open floor plan is quite comfortable for multi families with kids, or just a group of friends that want a relaxing vacation. The house can comfortably sleep 15 people. Enjoy the beautiful canal waterfront views while relaxing on COVERED DECKS. SWIMMING/BOAT/FISHING and Outdoor Kitchen grilling! Our home is a single story water front that offers a private boat slip. Enjoy soaking up the Texas sun on the patio, or swimming and fishing in the canal. Our master king bedroom offer a huge master bathroom with deep soaking tub and separate walk in shower. Guest bedroom one offers full size and twin size bed with its own private bathroom. Guest bedroom two offers a queen bedroom and guest bathroom with shower/tub combo down the hall. Guest bedroom three offers a queen bedroom with its own private walk in shower bathroom. In the man cave you also have the half bathroom that is also easy to access if outside. Living room sofa offer sleepers for additional guests. This home does have a charcoal grill and propane grill. We do not provide charcoal or propane for the grills. **** Please do not use the neighbors' back yards/docks to get out of the water. You will be charged an additional fee if disturb the neighbors or trespass on their property.
