On arrival the beds are made up. On departure, the beds do not have to be stripped. The garden is our private garden or a communal garden. You are welcome to share it. The property is about 1900 square meters. Use of the pool is only possible by arrangement or request when booking. You are welcome to use the fireplace. Please bring firewood and coal yourself! The property is an old farmhouse. The facade, as well as the entrance area, have not yet been renovated or partially renovated! The apartment is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. The garden is used at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children. The use of the garden is not part of the rental agreement. There is no entitlement to use or rent reduction in the event of failures of the pool, play equipment, fireplace and everything in the garden. Parking is available directly at the apartment free of charge. Do not charge electric cars. Parties and day guests are not allowed. Bringing animals is not allowed.
