The space Mini villa U Sole Livante : The rental is located close to the most beautiful beaches of South Corsica: the beach of Santa Giulia and all its water activities 1.5 km away, Palombaggia 7 km away, the Rondinara and, for lovers of walks and authenticity, the small mountain villages 20 km away ... The 41 m² mini-villa is ideally located in a neat residence with swimming pool, poolhouse and wooded park: no opposite, no passage and magnificent sea view. It is composed of a large living room with built-in kitchen, beautiful bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Each of the 2 rooms has its own air conditioning. From the living room a bay window overlooks the large terrace (25 m²) and enjoys breathtaking sea views of the bay of Santa Giulia for relaxing moments. The bedroom also opens directly to the terrace. Private use of a cleverly wooded garden that offers you some freshness on summer evenings. In short, an ideal base from which to enjoy a quiet holiday with sea views at all times. Kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, large fridge/freezer, induction stove, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster. One bedroom (140 bed) and 2 beds of 90 in the living room, Smart TV. Electric towel dryer in the bathroom. Air conditioning in all rooms. Umbrella bed for a child under 3 years old (Babybjörn light model, popular with many parents), let us know when renting. Outside: large terrace of 25 m² lit with covered part, garden furniture, Weber barbecue, shaded area for private use in the garden to the right of the terrace, no vis-à-vis. Private parking in the residence (secure access by electric barrier). Within the residence (in season from mid-May to the end of September), magnificent swimming pool with poolhouse, playground, table football, ping pong, tennis (10€ per hour), bar, restaurant, free wifi and laundry (tokens). Personalized welcome and possibility to rent the bed and/or bath linen. Tourist tax is included in the price. The end of stay cleaning is mandatory and comes in addition to the rental price (€40).
