This home is centrally-located in the quiet Peak 7 neighborhood on a half-acre wooded property. No matter what season you come to visit, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy right out the front door – skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking – just to name a few. The space LIVING AREA A open floor plan is a welcoming space for your whole group to relax. Sit in the living room with vaulted ceilings, large windows and a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING The connecting dining room, bar and kitchen is the ideal place to gather. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffeemakers, toaster and cookware for you to prepare a meal after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen also has a banquet that seats five and a bar for two. The adjoining dining room has a table large enough to seat your entire group. SUNROOM Located off of the dining room is the sunroom. The sunroom is a great spot to cozy up on the coach and read a book under the plentiful natural sunlight or gather with your group to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. OUTDOOR AREA Enjoy the large deck off the back of the house equipped with a gas grill. Nested in the trees, the home provides privacy for you to enjoy the outdoors. OTHER AMENTITIES The home has Wi-Fi, two flat screen TVs hooked up to cable and the option to connect to your streaming services. The upstairs Laundry Room is equipped with a washer and dryer. Guest access Five parking spaces at the house. Two inside the garage and three in the driveway. No on street parking allowed. The house REQUIRES AWD for access in the winter months – 4WD and snow tires preferred. The house is located off a dirt road. Access to the house via front door keypad. No need to stop at property management office to check in. We are Breckenridge locals and available should you need assistance throughout your stay. Other things to note THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No events of any kind are permitted at this property. Our neighbors are all full-time residents. Common with most homes in Breckenridge, this house does not have air conditioning.
