A newly renovated tiny home on the west side of sturgeon bay with two car garage and detached, heated yoga studio. A short run to Potowotomi State Park and less than a mile from sturgeon bay bars/eateries and highway access. Enjoy use of my paid subscription Nordictrack Bike as well as a smart TV on which to log into your favorite streaming platforms. **when arriving** Which driveway is mine is not totally intuitive. The one with the carport is to the left of my house and is NOT my driveway. My driveway is directly to the right of my house when pulling in you should be facing a large green and purple garage (same colors as the home.) The space is all yours! A tiny house and detached 2 car garage with ample workout/yoga space. Washer and dryer are in the basement. There’s books and board games and a PS4 and paid subscriptions to streaming services and a Nordictrack bike in the middle of my living room :) Contact me via Airbnb anytime and I’ll respond promptly. Check in is easy, accessible via lock box. Return the keys to the lockbox whilst checking out. It’s an ambitious walk to most things. Waterfront Mary’s is past County Road C (taking a left out of the driveway), it’s a bar/restaurant on a beautiful piece of property on the bay. Shortly past that is the walking entrance to Potawatomi State Park, there’s some cool hiking/biking trails. A short drive gets you to the west side of Sturgeon Bay. My parents own Scaturo’s Baking Co. & Cafe, it’s the best breakfast In town and probably the peninsula, add the 2 yr aged white cheddar to everything. Lawlss is right down the hill from there, they make nationally competitive coffee in this town of 9900 people. The owners are friendly and the space is unique, set in a converted bank. Further down the hill is Bridge Up Brewing, set underneath Sonny’s pizzeria right near the marina. The beer is very good and the views perhaps better. Go to Scaturo’s for pizza though ;) if you want the best prime rib sandwich go to the Greystone, also on this side of the bridge. Kitty O’Reillys is also nearby if you’re looking for above average bar food and a good time :) You’re a short car ride from anywhere in town. A 45 minute ride takes you all the way up the peninsula. I lived here for 2 years and never owned a car, you can bike to anything if you’re inclined to :) I’d prefer you not take the books with you but if you must who am I to stand between someone and a read that might change their life? Let me know which title I need to replace.
