CHECK IN: You can park right outside the entrance of Calypso Tower III for up to 15 minutes to load/unload. We're on the 2nd floor, so take the elevator or the stairs up one level. Our condo is just off the north elevator for easy access. PARKING AT CALYPSO RESORT: There is a $60 Calypso Resort Registration Fee paid DIRECTLY to the resort association, which includes one parking pass. Let us know if you need to purchase an additional parking pass. KEYLESS ENTRY: You will be given a secure passcode to enter Crabby's Cove. You will also be given instructions on how to change this passcode to an easy-to-remember code of your own choosing. Vacations should be E-Z, and we do our best to provide a relaxing, stress-free beach getaway. If anything is not satisfactory when you arrive, please call or text, and let us know. WRISTBANDS: Six Calypso wristbands are provided for your stay, and must be worn while at the pool or common areas of Calypso Tower III. The wristbands are hanging on the Crabby Coat Rack on the right as you enter the condo. To avoid a $50 replacement charge, please leave these wristbands on the rack when you check out. FREE BEACH SETUPS: Walk across the 3rd floor breezeways to Towers 1 & 2 and take the elevator to the first floor where you will see the beach access/Beach Service Vendor just beyond the tiki bar. Check in with the Beach Service Vendor to choose the location of your beach chair/umbrella setups. We have pre-paid for you! This service is provided from March thru the month of October, depending on weather. You deserve this luxury! BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: REGISTER ONLINE ($60 per stay) and PRINT YOUR PARKING PASS. The $60 fee is paid DIRECTLY to the Calypso Resort Association, not thru AirBNB. This parking pass is required to enter the secured parking garage. After scanning your printed pass to enter, your must place the pass on the dashboard of your vehicle. Unauthorized vehicles parked on Calypso premises are subject to towing at owner's expense. We are only authorized one parking pass per unit. If you need a second parking pass, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for you to purchase an additional parking pass online. Parking for each additional vehicle is $60 per stay. NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO OR AT THE RESORT. if you or a guest want to enjoy an occasional cigarette, etc, please book elsewhere. We want everyone to be happy! NO PETS PLEASE. Our grandson is highly allergic. We ask that you please be considerate of our family needs and find another condo if you need for a service animal. Thank you. SERVICE PET POLICY: We fully support our guests who legitimately need assistance animals. Please be aware that fraudulent misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal IS a federal crime under the ADA, as well as under various state and municipal statutes throughout the US, punishable by civil penalties, including fines and jail time. In accordance with the ADA, and FHA regulations, we have the following Rules for our guests with Assistance Animals. This insures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you will be enjoyable and relaxing. If you have any questions, please ask! •Your Assistance Animal should not be left unattended at any time. •Your Assistance Animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost. •Please provide an advance copy of your Assistance Animal's rabies vaccine (current thru your stay). And all vaccines to date. Current rabies vaccines are required. •Your Assistance Animal must be on a leash at all times, or under control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times. •Your Assistance Animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking. •We can ask you to remove your Assistance Animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior or obvious lack of sanitation. •Puppies and Service Dogs in-training are not recognized under the ADA. We regret we are unable to accommodate those. •Your service animal must use the bathroom outside. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed. •Please clean up defections in the yard immediately and dispose of the bags properly. We do not provide them, please come prepared. •You are responsible at all times for your Assistance Animal's behavior. While we reasonably expect that your specialty Assistance Animal is well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any additional cleaning, repairs or replacements as a result. Please vacuum or sweep all animal hair prior to departure. -GUEST WRISTBANDS .Wristbands for the property will be waiting for you in the condo, and are required for use of the pool and amenities in Tower III. Amenities in Calypso Tower I & II are off-limits to our guests, however, the 3rd floor covered cross-over to the beach, beachfront tiki bar and seating areas between Towers 1 & 2 are open to all guests! Ensure that all 6 bands are hanging on the Crabby Rack when you arrive, and all 6 are left on the rack when you check out. $50 charge for missing band. SPRING BREAKERS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PARENTS. We love our families who return every year for their children's Spring Break! That's how we started coming to Panama City Beach in the first place, and we continue our tradition to this day with our grandchildren! Having said that... You must be at least 25 years of age to book our condo. Adults cannot book on behalf of underage guests. Parents and legal guardians must reside in the condo during the entire stay. The names and ages of ALL guests (including children) must be listed on our rental agreement at the time the reservation is made, and changes are subject to the owner's advanced written approval. You must provide a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license. HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED! Crabby's Cove is not a party house. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed, and will be cause for eviction without refund. CALYPSO TOWER III = THE PLACE TO BE IN PCB!
