Renovated space located in a very peaceful community in temple terrace. It is conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from USF, Busch Gardens,Adventure Island ,Seminole Casino & Florida state fairgrounds. The entire place is private and relaxing, you will have an amazing stay! The space This is the entire apartment- nothing is shared. Assigned free parking ( up to two cars back to back) Guest access The room you will be staying in is a nice size, cozy room with TV and mini fridge, free parking in front of property. Guest access is through the gate on the right side of the house. Lockbox is located next to the door but this is just for emergency.Enter the code provided to open lockbox and get the key if you need it but we will provide you with another code for the door itself. Other things to note The apartment features a queen size bed and a sofa bed that sleeps one extra person please ask for sofa bed setup in advance at the booking time and extra guest have an extra charge. Full bath with towels and toiletries. Kitchenette with microwave,mini fridge, coffee maker, and silverware. Portable heater is available and extra blankets and pillows.
