Located on a private 14-acre countryside retreat, the Jubilee listing includes a main house and 14 tiny homes (Main house with 6 Deluxe 40 ft tiny units and 8 Bijou 20 ft unit). Deluxe contains 1 private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The Bijou has 1 comfortable queen bed. This a wonderful exclusive ranch for you and your family and friends to use for a special event. We have had weddings and group events here. Accommodates 48 people. The space These luxury tiny homes are designed with a modern farmhouse chic décor that combines functionality with modern technology comforts. Upon entering a keyless entry French glass double door, you will feel at home surrounded by warm white tones and shiplap walls. Sit back and relax on our plush sofa and listen to some music through the Alexa or watch some TV. Though you may not want to leave your home, we invite you to try to smoke some bbq on the 57” offset smoker or roast smores around the smokeless fire pit while gazing at the starry sky. In the morning, feel the warmth as you let in the early sunlight through two large glass windows that surround the bed . We hope you enjoy your day with our premier outdoor amenities. First start by lounging pool side along our 40 ft pool . Fix yourself a drink in our deluxe Tiki Hut outdoor kitchen. Swing on one of our tree hammocks or just relax on one of our Adirondack chairs on the deck over the pond. Feel free to join in the fun at our renovated Barndo where you can find games such as darts, Jenga, and cornhole. Lastly, don’t forget to say hi our friendly pygmy goats! Guest access Upon entering our automatic gated property, you will be able to conveniently park right behind the tiny home. Within a few steps, you will walk onto the front porch deck and be able to access your hideaway through a keyless entry smartlock. Other things to note This is a perfect place for a special event. Come spend time with your friends and family and our cute goats!!! The ponds are stocked, and Lake Conroe is just down the street. We have additional parking lot for boats.
