Sweet Cottage & Bunkhouse Near Lake MI Beaches

Relax & unwind at the sweet summer cottage & bunkhouse with the most amazing screened in porch and magical outdoor shower. Enjoy 2 local Lake MI beaches less than 1.5 miles from our place. Also close to golf, breweries, wineries, hiking, and fruit picking. 15 min from 2 great beach towns (South Haven & St. Joe) with shopping, restaurants, concerts, festivals, and beaches. The space and location are ideal for creating amazing family memories or connecting with friends for a long weekend! The space The cottage is bright and cozy with a large screened in porch for dining and relaxing (you might not ever way to leave this space). The Bunk House is a favorite for kids of all ages with its own bathroom and outdoor shower. The main cottage is cozy and has a bedroom with queen bed, and a second bedroom with 2 double beds, plus a bathroom with tub/shower. There is no central air, but a window unit keeps the place cool on hot summer days! The bunk house is the coolest and has 2 twin bunks (that's 4 beds y'all), a daybed with trundle and an attached full bath, which includes an amazing outdoor rain shower (you'll never want to shower inside again). Fully stocked and we have you covered for a great stay with games, puzzles, books, yard games, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella. Guest access There is a nice, large yard for playing games with a bonfire pit and a beautiful wild flower garden that attracts butterflies for chasing. Parking for up to 4 cars. A large deck between the cottage and Bunkhouse has a gas bbq grill and several adirondack chairs. Other things to note 4 night minimum rental during high summer season (June 1 - mid September). Minimum age to rent = 25 years old.
