The iron gate of the house welcomes you to a roof terrace with sun loungers and charcoal grill, up here you have sun from morning to evening. Parking spaces are available outside on the street for free. On the upper floor is the kitchen, which is well equipped with everything you need. Adjacent to the hall and kitchen is a large airy living room with dining table, sofa and TV. There is also access to a balcony with dining area. On this floor you will also find a toilet. The accommodation is located in a quiet area with only 400 meters down to the large, lovely Burriana beach with its ice cream parlors, shops, restaurants and bars that are open from breakfast until late at night. You will find a larger grocery store a couple of hundred meters from the house. To the center of Nerja you have an approx. 20 minute walk where you will find the cozy city center/old town with street life, restaurants and bars that are open until late at night. Inside Nerja you will also find the famous Balcon de Europa. If you are a large group or two families who want to live close to each other, SB Casa Zinnia Studio is located in the same house on the ground floor by the shared pool area.
