Keep in mind that we do not provide any groceries, drinking water or other beverages for you other than, oil, salt, pepper; so please arrange to order groceries/water from Chedraui's website before you arrive so that you will have everything you need when you check in. Los Castillos villas offer a unique and comfortable vacation experience in a prime location in Playa del Carmen. Built in 1989 and renovated in 2000, they may not have the latest modern amenities, but they can accommodate large groups of up to 50 guests. Despite being an older property, our team works hard to keep the villas clean and well-maintained. However, due to the humidity, sun, and salty air in Playa del Carmen, older homes like these may require ongoing maintenance. If any issues arise during your stay, our team, led by Danny, is ready to address them promptly. If you are looking for a newer property, we have other listings available. However, if you appreciate the charm and character of an older home, the Los Castillos villas may be the perfect choice for your vacation. We are connected to Airbnb with API software and thus are responsible for damages at our home. This requires a security deposit of $3000usd fully refundable OR a $118 fee that is not refundable, outside of the Airbnb platform.
